I have been through my own journey in accepting that I will not be a mother. I do not believe motherhood is the only path to purpose, fulfillment, and connection. Due to my experience, I am drawn to empower others experiencing childlessness create a life that acknowledges their pain and reveals a path to a meaningful life without children. In my work as a therapist, I help those process their grief and cope. I will guide, support, and encourage you as you begin to explore this other path.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has worked in mental health for 20 years. I have a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and have provided individual and group therapy. I am also childless not by choice.

I provide individual therapy services for those located in the state of Colorado.
I specialize in working with those that are childless not by choice. Together I will assist you with getting unstuck from the grief, fear, and hopelessness that comes with grieving childlessness. We will explore your supports, your self talk, self worth, your anger, fear, and worry to develop a plan to help you feel back in control and experiencing some hope, motivation, and joy again.

Our work will be directive, straightforward, and infused with empathy and humor. I am not a smile and nod therapist. I’m a lets get down to it and do the work to help you start creating a life that is meaningful, purposeful, and fun.
My experience has given me insight into how devastating and lonely this path can be AND I am excited to walk with you down this unexpected path to create a life you are excited about.
